Leverage was an amazing show. It sucks that it was cancelled, but I think it ended in a good place and the finale did justice to the spirit of the show, which is somewhere I feel a lot of shows fail in the end.
That said, I'm not sure what season it was in, but have you seen the episode where (spoilers) Eliot beats up Sterling - after telling him at their last meeting that he would, because Sterling screwed them over - and Hardison just calmly pays the bartender to look the other way.
By the way, I'm not sure if you're aware - or care - but the reason that Sophie didn't appear much in the second half of season two was that the actress was pregnant at the time. They were never going to replace her. Another friend watched it and didn't like the change, but she was okay with it once she learned it wasn't permanent - and damn is Sophie awesome. I love how she has that perfect mix of criminal genius with a sophisticated flair, and she offsets the others - especially Nate and Parker - so well.
