It had, as I've said, I think the best fairy-tale parallel in terms of straight up story structure, which I really love, because I am exactly that kind of dork. I laughed OUT LOUD when I realized Thorn was blind, because OF COURSE HE WAS, but it all felt profoundly natural, which I really appreciated. It was nice to get some closure on the doctor too. I wasn't expecting that so soon, and it was a nice touch.
