It had, as I've said, I think the best fairy-tale parallel in terms of straight up story structure, which I really love, because I am exactly that kind of dork. I laughed OUT LOUD when I realized Thorn was blind, because OF COURSE HE WAS, but it all felt profoundly natural, which I really appreciated. It was nice to get some closure on the doctor too. I wasn't expecting that so soon, and it was a nice touch.

I read the arc of Scarlett, and it was life-ruining to wait EIGHTEEN MONTHS for Cress.
Every time I think about the "alpha" conversation, I die. In the good way. But the dead way. ;)
