Kataang... I feel too much like it's Aang crushing on Katara and Katara mothering him to be really shippy about it. Plus, I don't think Aang challenges Katara enough.
Also, I love pairings where the guy doesn't mind his girlfriend could totally kick his ass if she wanted to.
