Hakkai's haircut in the main timeline of Saiyuki is my platonic ideal of what guy hair should be: long enough to run your fingers through, not so long that it's.. you know, guy with long hair, and he either has to wear it down and flowy or pull it in a pony tail. There are exceptions *cough*Gojyo*cough* but on the whole, I like my men to have a reasonable relationship with their barber.

I honestly can't remember what I was thinking of when I put this in. I think it's reference to Dawn, who's The Key, and made by monks, not born.

Bones reference. At once point, Booth and Brennan are walking along the street discussing something, and there is an ice cream truck with loud, obnoxious music playing from a clown head on the top of the truck. When the driver won't shut the music off, Booth shoots the clown, and ends up having therapy sessions with Stephan Fry for three episodes. It was gold.
