Heh, it's part of my icon batch -- I made 170 Agatha/Gil icons. Most of these are made by just doing weird and different crops of the same image, so I think about 2/3 are based on four panels. One of the images being a page from the calendar they had on Cafe Press. Had I a scanner, I'd buy it just to get the bigger image to work with.
I was referring to the drabbles that resulted in my attempts to search, but I have written The Rain in Spain (http://community.livejournal.com/mollyscribbles/6318.html), which doesn't have any Girl Genius characters but is the result of an odd bout of free association when I was considering the universe.
And then there's Agatha Heterodyne and the Excessively Hirsute Canine (http://community.livejournal.com/femgenficathon/36249.html), which I wrote for femgenficathon. Indirect Agatha/Gil, but I will warn you -- there's a bad pun at the end.
As with much of GG fandom, Yahoo Groups seems to be where it's at -- GirlGeniusFanfic (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GirlGeniusFanfic/) isn't highly active, and most of the authors are working on histories of the world -- tales of the Heterodyne Boys and earlier. Slim pickings if you're looking for Agatha/Gil, but it's a place for Girl Genius fanfic.
I'm planning to get it done for 'Free Month' in February, as prior attempts at meeting Ship Manifesto deadlines have ended in failure. Fingers crossed!
