AWESOMENESS!
Yesterday, in my Intro To Fiction class, the teacher read part of my story as an example of writing well.
Not only that, it was the very first one she read, after I had been desperately hoping that she would read something of mine when she announced she would be reading examples. (Because I really, really don't want to have my first collegiate fiction proff think that my writing is bad.)
I was smiling so widely that I had to look at my desk and force myself to stop.

I loved last week's Supernatural. I never expected them to actually acknowledge the bodies the demons are using, and the effects of that. Like, that Sam is helping rape a women when he has sex with Ruby, which he totally is. Also, I desperately hope this will lead to less smacking of around of women's bodies.
Also, Meg? First off, I've always loved her, and remember not understanding why people hated her haircut. Now, seeing her? I honestly didn't recognize her, she was so very, very pretty. So I was thrilled she came back and was beating Dean up.
Bobby was awesome, as always, but I really hate how everyone can be written off the show and killed, except that white, male cast members. I was kinda hoping he would die, just because it would make a nice symmetry to all the other characters who get axed on this show.
I love that Dean doesn't believe in god, and knows that a large part of how he lives his life is immoral.
Cassiel is amazingly pretty. The cheekbones... I mean... the cheekbones with the eyes.... Surprisingly, I totally understand why the slash fangirls are going crazy over him and Dean.

Naruto was surprisingly decent this week. I'm starting to love Killerbee, after learning that he knows his rapping sucks, and the apparently friendly relationship he has with his demon. Also, I'm really glad to learn about the force-field around Konoha - that makes a lot of sense, and I love world-building details like that and the Uchiha police force.
(And Itachi waltzes through it cause he's just that hot.)
And cans we have Sakura punching out huge monsters? Please? Pretty, pretty please? I don't want to hope, but I kinda am.
These last couple weeks have been, like, older generation bit parts, and I have recognized no one until other people have mentioned it. Can we have some Anko now? When Hinata's dad show up, my first through was 'long hair? Is it a girl? Is it a girl?'
Also, does anyone have an icon of Sakura's expression after she sees the Sai x Sasuke yaoi fanservice panel? When she's blushing like crazy and has a hand to her cheek?
