I think Kabuto could bring the perv, if only to fuck with other people's heads.
And I think Kabuto and Sakura, two medic nins on opposite sides would could likely get along very well, would be very interesting to play off of.
It is very lucky for Sakura that Kabuto wasn't interested in her for many reasons.
