I don't think giving him one good hit IS enough of a consequence for everything he's done. I mean, he turned his back on EVERYONE who cared about him. Getting his ass beaten isn't good enough. Ostracization and having his balls lobbed off? Yes. Keep him alive and unable to restore his clan.
