It makes me sad to hear Snow stops being kick-ass. I didn't mean to imply that she wasn't; she does a great job of being the rather ruthless power behind the throne, and I love when she brings the jaberwacky blade to help Bigby, knowing that she's not a good enough streight swordswoman to take him out without magical assistance. Snow=total win.
I don't even think that Bigby would handle the kids forms better (although he would) I just think he would be a more natural parent than Snow is.
I know. Charming drives me insane. Now that she's over him, Snow does a good job (better than Briar Rose) but it ticks me off that he's getting more screen time than Snow and not enough smack downs.
