Very true; even Flycatcher voted for her as a write-in. She just needs to seize the opporunity when the right moment arrives, and she'll be back in the saddle. For now, I think the reason no one has voted him out is that no one really wants to take on the job. And they don't mind watching Charming screw himself over. Snow will need to focus on raising her kids for a while longer, at least until they're old enough to control thier shifting reliably and head to school. Until then, she wouldn't have enough time to take on running Fabletown again.
