I'm with you in that the biggest issue I'm seeing in the fic is the lack of consent on Sakura's part (and well, Kiba's too. His body is being taken over for purposes of lesbian sex, even if his mind isn't along for the ride.) But then, consent is sort of the big issue with Ino's jutsu.

Oops. I totally forgot about Kiba. That's blush-worthy right there. And I do tend to see Ino as having really screw ideas about consent - there was one fic I wrote with her and Karin where Ino is in her mind but Karin is still sort of there, and Ino 'masturbates' but has a line about how cutting Karin's hair would have crossed a line. So, yeah, I can easily see Ino being desensitize to consent.

And you have a good point about what someone finds sexy not automatically conforming to what they believe politically or socially.
