The birds might do well, and the big cats might be able to visit a jungle, but it wouldn't come easily.
Oh, and in Jack of Fables, it turns out that after she fell in the river? She spent the next few months slowly being eaten by fish, healing at a slower rate than they were eating, always drowning but not being able to die.
