And then he acted as if Boy Blue's entire mission had been his idea, despite the fact that it seemed pretty clear Blue'd been planning it since shortly after he began training with the Witching Cloak and Vorpal Sword. Some people think he's competent, but it's more that he sometimes figures out that competent people should be sent to do things and let them do their work.
