It is amazing. The writers have one of the best grasps on their continuity I've ever seen, there are (legitimately funny) jokes that run through multiple episodes, it has a fantastic unreliably narrator, each episode will make you laugh AT LEAST once (usually much more), it has a great handle on dramatics, it isn't afraid to change the status quo.
Until Chuck started airing, it was the one comedy show on tv that I thought was actually funny (instead of shows that had lots of funny intermixed with the drama, like Bones and Buffy).
