Is it cynical that I'd worry about kids taking the same bad lessons from Sasuke/Naruto that they take from many het couples in manga? Particularly the cultural obsession with dom/sub roles and how those are characterized dangerously in some manga/anime romantic relationships. I think they'd take the patterns and roles just as much as the gender concepts, and that might be unfortunate.
