First line: Tsubaki was three days past her sixteenth birthday when Black*Star died.
Last line: Mifune turned away from the sunset filling the windows, his eyes seeking out Tsubaki's form, her body shadowed and hair falling free.
The biggest problem I had writing this was figuring out which characters were relevant to Tsubaki's and Mifune's arc, especially once Black*Star was out of the picture.
This almost didn't get posted because I really wallow (almost fetishize) Tsubaki's youth in relation to Mifune. I hesitated before I posted.
