I love creamy, sweet coffee, which has the extra advantage of usually being pretty cheap (I get drip and then doctor the living hell out of it.)

Me too! I getting ready to have my own place (with the next 6 months, like) so I'm realizing all the cookbooks/recipes/basics (flour, mixing bowls) that I don't have.
