As host of the Soup, I am indifferent to Joel McHale. I smile or snigger a few times, but mostly I'm bored because I don't care about most reality tv except Dancing with the Stars.
However, as an actor in Community, I am mad-hard in lust/love with his work. It's amazing this is his first major lead because he carries it so well and does the clever material justice. And is also RIDICULOUSLY hot in Jeff's button down solid-colored shirts. (or when he has no shirt.)
Agreed. Like, he's hot on The Soup (the suit! the suit!) but I can't appreciate it the same way I am when he's on Community and being all smarmy and snarky and having his heart grow two sizes in a day.

I loved that he was naked AGAIN for "Modern Warfare", with similar shorts. In the action movie episode, Jeff was the sex object, literally laid out on a table for us to look at, while Britta dressed in her modest dance-leotard thing off-screen. How very Casino Royale of them!
It's funny that you put it that way, because I've started to work on a fanvid for Jeff/Everyone using the song "Help Yourself" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbvHY3pgKp4), which I find incredibly lulzy. I've already done a verse, but this is a crazy busy month so it's taking me a while to work through it. Also given that I am new to editing as a skill.
Yeah... The Soup is one of those things that I enjoy when I'm going out of my way to get angry or misanthropic. It's not meant for well-adjusted moods.
