I Saw Laughter

So, one of the ways I find new music is by downloading fanmixes (which is not quite as successful as finding a television show that has epic music, but I've still found some gems). Now, some skilled people are make covers to go with these fanmixes... how do I make it so that the images they made act as album art? (I have iTunes, btw.) Sometimes they do it automatically and sometimes they don't.

I wish he did more videos! Not that they would help me learn like the GoSwedish channel does, but they would amuse me greatly.

I know, lol, I was watching and going, "Yes! I get this!" up until he started getting into articles and plurals and then I died a little inside. Nonetheless, I could watch his adorableness (and listen to his accent...) all day.

And did you know there is a band called 'Swedish For Beginners'? I've only heard one song by them and didn't love it, but you should totally check them out!

...I learned yesterday that there's a sound in Swedish that exists in no other language, and that no one can describe how to pronounce, because no one agrees on how it should be pronounced. Or spelled. I just thought I'd let you know. XDD

I know! I wish I had had this icon for when I was still at school! It's kind of perfect and perky and frazzled.

On the subject of music, I was listening to "Home" and I had some follow-up thoughts for my comment regarding "Home" - what I love about it being a song about the moment the male singer fell in love, is that he fell in love when he was deep in an established relationship - it wasn't 'I saw her across a crowded room' it was 'she's my best friend and we hang out a lot and *wham* I want to spent the rest of my life with her.'

Home: YES, I think you've had an excellent observation, there! I hadn't noticed that before, but now that I think of it, absolutely. The fact that they're best friends totally lends it that warmth. It's such a genuine, pure thing. I mean, he jumped out of a window for her because she was his best friend, and then he fell in love with her when she was covered in blood. XDD It's so... sweet. We all need a friend like that.
