You were recced on het_reccers! I love road trip fic.
I got a notification about that this morning and it totally made my day!
He fiddled around with the radio until he found a classical station playing Tchaikovsky.
"There. If you're going to brood, brood with pathos," he instructed. "If you're good, I'll let you listen to the Doors later."
Haha! Damon would so secretly brood to Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, though I'm sure he finds Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata too "obvious". ;)
*looks innocent* I may have considered using Moonlight Sonata and then decided it was too obvious....
Oh, and the last bit with the Caroline lie excuse? Priceless.
Thank you! I wanted to make clear that Elena was clearly making a choice about who she was going to Charlottesville with.
