Yeah, they're really made some GRAVE missteps with Damon. And the worst thing about the Stefan plotline, imho, is it just makes no sense to me whatsoever, on both a story and a character level. Frankly, a lot of what they've tried to do with Klaus has seemed totally nonsensical.
