-I completely approve of Charming's bloody knuckles as he attempted to break out of the cell.

–I wish I hadn't been spoiled for the return of the Huntsman. But I just have to say... twenty bucks on 'stalling the queen' involving him, Regina, and her bedchamber, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. And no, Graham, you did not 'give up your heart.' Regina just took it.

–That fight between Regina and Emma... so intense. So perfect. I loved that Regina just admitted what she'd done and that Emma was immediately like, '...so what do we do?' I really, really want these two to just get married and coparent Henry.

–That fight with Rumpelstiltskin and Charming was fun but pointless. I did like the way that Rumpelstiltskin mocked Charming's courage - it's clear he's trying to tear down a quality that he manifestly does not have.

–David is just terrible. Go away, David! Please try and go to Boston. Please.

–re: Belle: "She died." More relevantly, you were an asshole.

Once fandom, or at least, the two main parts of fandom I'm in (the Regina is awesomecakes part and the Belle/Rumpelstiltskin part) like to argue a lot about whether Regina is THE EVILEST or Rumpelstiltskin is THE EVILEST, which, to me, is kind of like arguing whether the pot or the kettle is blacker, but the one place where Rumpelstiltskin does have a moral advantage over Regina is that he keeps the (incredibly one-sided) deals he makes. Regina, not so much. It is, in fact, the single thing I find unattractive about her. Which is to say, I would not advise that Regina leave her unconscious son with Jefferson after blowing him off. Because yes, this man clearly does not have the spine to kill her - but I could absolutely buy him smothering an unconscious ten-year-old.

–I defy anyone to think Regina doesn't love Henry after seeing that look on her face when she saw him through the glass. When the scene cut at Emma's epic sadface, I thought for a minute that season two was going to be all about Regina and Emma teaming up (which, FYI, I have loved seeing in this episode) and going after Mr. Gold. Which would have been awesome.

–I loved that Jefferson was the person who got Belle out of the hospital but I am CRUSHED that it was teased that Belle wouldn't remember while Mr. Gold would - which was exactly what I wanted - and then thirty seconds later the curse was broken-ish.

–I am not sure how I feel about Storybrooke getting the magic back - the writers resolved a fuckton of plot threads all at once and I'm not sure what season two is going to be about, at all. (Part of me would have been perfectly happy to have Emma disbelieve and only Mr. Gold and Regina know for sure for another half a season, at least.)

–Snow and Charming's 'I remember you kiss' was excellently epic.

–On the Belle/Rumpelstiltskin front, I hope that next season writers actually explore the fact that Rumpelstiltskin does love power a fuckton. I feel like all my fellow shippers are going to be like, 'everything is rainbows!' and I'm like, 'this dick couldn't pause for three seconds to explain to his poor, just got out of the hospital basement gf what he was about to do? That is not a good thing.' Also, I do not yet see how this gets him closer to his son.
