I'm hopeful that they're going to play it that Gail can still be badass at the same time as being a good friend, because I dread the moment when it's decided that she can't be a bitch and be awesome.
Thus far I feel the show has done a really, really good job of this.
I'm also really enjoying the Sam/Andy dynamic. It's odd cause we've been so invested in the will they/won't they of it that it's almost as though there's something missing, but overall I'm happy with the way that it's playing out. It makes perfect sense to me that they're no longer front and centre cause they've worked out most of the crazy issues
To be honest, I am loving them even more now that the UST is RST.
