I have been shipping Swan Queen so hard lately. I'm so fucking disappointed Neal will now be a series regular (yuck).
I've always read Poison Ivy as queer. I just feel like she'd never really trust a man (not that she trusts anyone). Plus I ship Harley/Ivy. :p And if we're talking the full LGBTQIA spectrum I've always read the Joker as asexual. I know I would get hell from a lot of fanboys for that but while I think he is interested in playing with sexuality for laughs I don't see him as actually interested in sex. He's too focused on other stuff--like his obsession with Bats.
Also I've been getting lesbian vibes from Helena Wayne in Worlds' Finest. She reminds me a lot of Bruce in that she's very focused and then they show her on her off time going to a "take back the night" event and interacting (versus Powergirl who spent her time off chasing cute scientists). And in the mini series preceeding Worlds' Finest (Huntress: Crossbow at the Crossroads--I rec it and enjoyed the story/art (not the covers because urgggh March)) she hires a female prostitute, which is just a cover to track slave traders and then after she knocks out the pimp the woman freaks and Helena has to knock her out but then she lays her carefully on the bed... Which is of course just the decent thing to do and not romantic but yeah... And Powergirl is boy crazy in a lot of issues and Helena doesn't seem particularly interested and basically says she never really dated because of overprotective Bat-daddy. Which does not all add up to lesbian but I just get vibes from that and other stuff and I think it'd be cool--like I imagine Selina being all supportive and Auntie Holly talking to her about it (Holly and Selina are awesome BFFs and I miss their relationship).
