I mean, Arrow starts slow. There's no good way of getting around that. And Dinah never really gets any better. (RECAST PLEASE.) But the rest of the cast is a delightful chemistry experiment, so I sort of just recommend gritting your teeth through the first six or so episodes. It sort of kicks into gear after that.
