In that last panel, I want to pat Gil on the head and give him a cookie.
It's funny, when I first started reading, I was firmly set against Agatha and Gil a a couple. It just struck me as over-done. and I was in middle-school. Now though, since we know the characters more, I don't mind it at all. I like how Agatha tends to be determined and smug when she's sparky, and then delighted when it works. Gil is so perky about his creations, it's nice. Cheerful mad scientists!
