but what I liked about Ben/Kitty was that it was totally unexpected for me. It would have been the predictable route to have the werewolf and werewolf hunter hook up, and I kept waiting for Vaughn to kill off Ben or something so Kitty and Cormac could get together,
I have to disagree. Just because something is unexpected doesn't mean it's automatically a good storytelling choice, and I never bought Ben and Kitty as a good pairing on their own merits. I was praying for Ben to be killed off.
