It really depends on the fic. It’s not something I ever think about seeking out (unlike roadtrip fic, which I really love and feels like a slightly different trope). In fact, I can’t really think of ANY examples. I have to admit that just deciding to go on vacation together is level or normalcy and commitment that isn’t present in a lot of my ships.
