Summary: Much of the time, Hakaryu is Hakkai's favorite traveling companion.

Hakuryu had this half-purring cheep he used when he was still hungry.

It wasn't surprising that his dragon needed more fuel, now that he was carrying four across terrain that mountain goats would have scorned, or caroming across deserts where the sun broiled the sand dry.

Still, Hakuryu was never gluttonous; he'd bob his head politely and make a querying cheep when he wanted more.

Hakkai would pass him scraps of meat, sections of egg, tofu, sometimes, nourishment high in protein, which Jeep nibbled politely.

Hakaryu's manners didn't extend towards Hakkai's companions.

"Fucking flying rat- That was MY eggroll!" Gojyo yelled, exhaling smoke angrily.

Hakkai smiled.

It was just the first thing I thought of! I adore Gojun, so his character tends to bleed over into Hakuryu, even though I'm not sure he remembers his past life - none of the others do, after all! Mind you, he could just be being a cheeky little dragon! XD
