That's Jennifer Charles from Elysian Fields (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elysian_Fields_%28band%29), if you want to hear more of her voice. (She's also done one other song with Firewater, creepy murder ballad "The Circus" -- it's sort of like their version of "Where the Wild Roses Grow", an unsettling murderer/victim duet...)

I can definitely upload the Firewater for you (and my brain was cramping up earlier, she's actually on one other song, the jazzy "Mr. Cardiac"); but alas, my Elysian Fields CD went missing a while back, lost in moving or loaned and unreturned, and that was before I started burning copies of everything. :(
