That it requires effort and concentration beyond that required that required for smut and OOC schmoop?

(Uhm...conventional ideas of schmoop are OOC for almost every pairing I've ever looked for fic for...most of my pairings' ideas of schmoop run more towards "here, this person glared at you, let me run them through" than "here, I remembered your favorite flowers!")

But yes, I've given up about two paragraphs in for almost every fic I've tried to read there.

Oh, is that new? I know I've gotten tripped up on them not allowing various bits of punctuation in summaries and titles before. Annoying, but what are you gonna do? That's where the most eyeballs are... *shrugs*
