What's this I hear about lj maybe going to a la carte icons?

Will that mean that I can have as many as I want? Or at least, icon potential won't be capped at 135?

Maybe they'll give refunds or other features for users who paid the extra bucks (which, after finding out what other sites are charging for even the smallest features, seem perfectly reasonable).
