Vote or Rail Tracer kills you dead.

Crazy hippy music class was a lot of fun, and I got to play Oysterband ("Where The World Divides" is love). Also, we were learning about new ways to teach students about math and spacial reasoning. (I wish desperately I had been taught math like this.) And I realized that I actually think algebra is fun. (You have no idea what an epiphany this is for someone who used to end up screaming at her mother with mother dearest taught me math.)

The downside of class was that the majority of my classmates are apparently incable of either a.) reading the syllabus or b.) having motivation.

They were basically telling her to give us more work on a tigher schedule because they wouldn't do it otherwise. Like, thanks for screwing up the people who are actually competant.

So, I'm current on HIMYM. I loved the episode from two weeks ago - Barney was beyond hilarious, and I didn't have any problem with what Robin said to Ted. First, she was upfront about the fact that she was a biased source, everything she said was true, and if that was going to make Ted leave Stella, he shouldn't marry her in the first place.

Also, I'm thrilled that Ted and Stella didn't get married for Lucy's sake, because it is beyond fucking clear to me that Ted as he is now is nowhere near ready to be a father.

I also liked Robin's back story, except that the fact that she was angry about liking scotch and guns and cigars. Part of what makes Robin so awesome is that she is more of a Bro than Ted, and that she likes gun and scotch and tobacco, and I hate that they undermined that character trait by making it something she dislikes that she got from her dad.

That---is a very compelling argument for getting people to vote. I, for one, would like to keep some of my limbs. And I don't think I'll ever be able to ride a train without thinking about Rail Tracer again.

Also, we have matching icons now (Even though I'm using craaaazy Claire in this comment).

Isn't it? And is it crazy that I kinda want to go on a train ride now? And watch Baccano! while en route?

And we did briefly have the same icon - until I realized that I love this one just a teeny bit more.

Also, I love your Rail Tracer with his reflection in the window icon.
