A S.H.I.E.L.D. agent in the comics. She started out Captain America's girlfriend ages and ages ago, died, then came back a couple decades later as one of the highest ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
She's really a Captain America character, not an Iron Man character, so there's no logical reason to include her (though they do have a working relationship), she's just one of the Marvel characters I'm most interested in at the moment. Also a prime example of making me ship something when half the pairing dies. At the hands of their brainwashed OTP, then later have said OTP learn the truth and deal with it. I haven't actually seen Iron Man yet, but I kind of wish that if they were giving a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent an important role, it was a decently known one. (Coulson might be a more minor character I'm not familiar with, though.)

My teacher told me that over the weekend he had to resist telling the whole class about my idea.
