Sakura with Kakashi's eye might run into one bit of trouble, though, since I thought he was running close to going blind in that eye because of the sharingan. Unless Sakura comes up with a SUPER MEDIC NIN idea that allows the eye to use sharingan to some extent without causing blindness

I think Sakura would be able to do a lot of self-healing to keep the Sharingan intact and functioning, I would guess. I think she's have some similar troubles with running low of chakra because of it, but I bet you would overall manage to use the sharingan for longer periods than he does, with her chakra control.
