Oh, Quincy, How Are You So Awesome

 Okay, Quincy just had his awesometastic fight with crazy scientist shinigami, Orihime was useful and awesome and bit the guy trying to rescue her, and I'm going to now flee Bleach like a burning building, going to the happy place in my head where Bleach is about Orihime and Ishida being smart and awesome and actually goal-driven instead of completely focused on getting "stronger."

Well, I don't think it's required to hate one and like the other.

Personally, I think it's clear that Orihime has her bubbly personality with everyone, not just her crush.
