They have on kid, a boy, Sakurako, who looks like Sai but has his mother's eyes. He's nice but very rational, and ends up being the member of his gennin team who sits on the side practicing his ninjutsu while his other teammates try to kill each other: one is Ino's daughter and the other is a rambuncious boy who drives Ino's kid INSANE.
Their team flunks the chuunin exam on their first try when troublesome kid ends up sitting behind Ino's daughter. While Ino's kid stepped into Sakurako's head to get the answers for the written exam, troublesome kid snips off her thick, thick braid of blonde hair. Ino's daughter come back to her body, realizes this, and then beats the SHIT out of her teammate in the aisles of the exam room, and the whole team gets thrown out.
Sakurako is the one patting Ino's daughter on the shoulder while she wails about how she'll never be a ninja now and her life is over and she's horrifically ugly while pointing out that she's being completely illogical.
Sakurako is trained as a medic and has his mother's chakra control and his father's ninjutsu.
