Haruno Orin, dark hair with red highlights, dark brown eyes when her Sharingan isn't activated. She reads a lot, of everything. She's the elite little prodigy of the family, got her mother's slight build, and is fantastically skilled at lightning and fire based jutsus. Biologically, she's Sasuke's kid, but Sakura left him before she discovered she was pregnant. Sakura ended up leaving Konoha to reform Suna's medical system, and since Kakashi was in love with her since before she married, he manipulated the Hokage (or asked nicely, it depends on who's telling the story) into letting him be the Ambassator to Suna so he could be with her.
Sakura falls in love with Kakashi during her pregnancy although she doesn't want to admit it.
Kakashi's the only father she knows or wants to know, and they're very close.
Haruno Sukumo: Orin's little brother. He got his father's hight and his mother's hair and eyes, and is a brillant medic with Sakura's freakish strength. He and Orin are super close. When she was ten and he was almost nine, he lost his eyesight. A group of ninja tried to capture Orin for her bloodline limit.
When they attacked, Sai hide Orin under the bed and bound her with his ink jutsus to keep her out of their hands. The leader, a particularly vicious kunoichi tired to get Sukumo to tell them where his sister was (he knew) and then threw acid on his eyes when he wouldn't.
Orin still refuses to speak to Sai after this and despite not having his eyesight Sukumo is a badass ninja, although he DOES have a bit of an inferority complex, since he compares himself to his sister a lot.
They grew up in Suna, best friends with Shukaju, the kid who got the one-tails placed inside him as part of a coup to overthrow the Kazekage. (It didn't work.)
Neither one are thrilled when they move back to Konoha in their early teens, although Orin, who has to deal with her biological father, handles it much, much worse.

*nods* I really wanted to do some gender reversals, and everytime I create a medic OC, it's a guy, simply because that skill set is WAY to gendered in the Naruto-verse.
Kind of makes me wonder what Sasuke thinks of his biological kid being raised by Kakashi...
Well, with the added bonus that Sasuke cheated on Sakura with Ino, and the two kids he's had with her DIDN'T manifest the sharingan.... I imagine there is a lot of *stabystaby RAGE* going on in that boy's head.
Yeah, if I were going to do something novel-length, I'd do the summer of weddings Kakshi/Sakura fic, that I would start writing if only I could figure out the ROOT/ANBU plot aspect of it.

And the summer of weddings fic is an idea that I had, wherein Sakura gets Kakashi to esquire her around to all the weedings she has to go to this one summer when EVERYONE IN KONOHA gets married, after her boyfriends cheats on her and she kicks his ass out.
What's stopping me from writing it is the fact that:
a.) I want unequivical proof that Kakashi is alive so it's not immediately jossed
and
b.) there is a noir plot going on the give the story gravitias that involves ROOT and Sai and Danzo and I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE IT OUT.

They really raise an incredibly smart, elite shinobi who is discreetly freaks out about the fact that since his parents dismantled the clan they came from, he was to decide what he wants to do all by his lonesome.

Their team flunks the chuunin exam on their first try when troublesome kid ends up sitting behind Ino's daughter. While Ino's kid stepped into Sakurako's head to get the answers for the written exam, troublesome kid snips off her thick, thick braid of blonde hair. Ino's daughter come back to her body, realizes this, and then beats the SHIT out of her teammate in the aisles of the exam room, and the whole team gets thrown out.
Sakurako is the one patting Ino's daughter on the shoulder while she wails about how she'll never be a ninja now and her life is over and she's horrifically ugly while pointing out that she's being completely illogical.
Sakurako is trained as a medic and has his mother's chakra control and his father's ninjutsu.

It was a justified fail, though, in the sense that you if you can't keep your temper under stress, you shouldn't be leading other ninjas.
...not that Ino's daughter ADMIT that.... although Sakurako might polietly point that out once she's calmned down...

The boy would be softer-spoken and the girl would take after her father and get in lots of fights, especially when people tease her about her scales (cause she's a water youkai, remember).
While they're not related, they spent a large part of their childhood together, and while the boy always knew he loved her In That Way, she takes more getting used to it, simply because he's her other half, and if she screwed up their relationship... it would just hurt too much.
When Yaone goes out of town, she leaves plenty of money for the kids to buy pizza, so that they don't ever have to eat Gojyo's everything in the fridge ramen.

The red-jeweled girl grows up to become a novelist and DOESN'T have a court.
The Purple Dusk Queen looks around, realizes Kealer has no standization, no way for countries to interact on a formal level, and that Little Terreille has been unoffically put under embargos and turned into a ghetto.
She trains her ass off so she can take down opponents with darker jewels than her, goes up to talk to the dragon, and becomes the Queen of Ebon Askiva, insitutes formalized treaties between the countries, brings Little Terreille out of it's depression and stigma, all with her best friend Daemonar at her side, who kinda has a thing for her.

Basically... Toph and Aang's kid would be a brat. Neither of them would know how to give her any disciple or listen when people told them they're fucking up their parenting, so she'd really run wild until she found her firebending teacher (I'm terribly tempted to have that person be Ursa) who basically shoves it in her face that she's not The Shit and teachs her how to be a lady and not run all over people.
She never manages to have a good relationship with her parents until she's in her twenties.

They would have a daughter, and she would be exactly like Itachi, except that she would have a tempter that she has to control viciously, and she has a tendancy to be incredibly bloody on her assassination assignments.
