I know, that one was particularly evil.

Basically... Toph and Aang's kid would be a brat. Neither of them would know how to give her any disciple or listen when people told them they're fucking up their parenting, so she'd really run wild until she found her firebending teacher (I'm terribly tempted to have that person be Ursa) who basically shoves it in her face that she's not The Shit and teachs her how to be a lady and not run all over people.

She never manages to have a good relationship with her parents until she's in her twenties.

Yeah, I think Toph wouldn't WANT kids and Aang would not raise them well, but that whatever they had would turn out all right in the end.

And Ursa would be a GREAT mentor figure.
