Can you actually imagine what he'll do if Sakura is with Kakashi?

I think it would be a lot harder on him, because last Sasuke knew, Kakashi was a.) a stronger shinobi than he was and b.) Kakashi is so clearly very different from Sasuke, that there's less of a chance for Sasuke to twist Sakura's relationship with him into something flattering towards Sasuke.
