1.) Sai x Sakura. It would be awesome beyond reason, will never happen, yet has enough obviously intentional subtext that I hope.

2.) Parker and Hardison.

3.) Adachi/Shinagawa. I have the feeling that they'd be dating for a while before Adachi realized. Also, the out-making would be hilarious.

4.) Revy/Chang. Okay, mainly I just want them to fuck. Not because I really ship them or anything (Rock/Revy OTP forever) but I honestly don't trust writers to do my OTPs justice, and I think Revy and Chang in a sexual relationship would lead to so much epic drama.

5.) Soul/Maka

Name 2 canon couples you hope break up:

1.) Nathan and Sophie. Sure, they haven't even gotten together yet, but I was down with this fucking dysfunctional relationship three episodes in, when I realized it wasn't going to be a continuation of their thief/thief-catcher caper dynamic.

2.) Faye/Dora's Brother. Sure, they were broken up the last time I checked, but I have a feeling that's not going to stick.

oh god. if there's another naruto pairing that would rival my love for kakasaku, it would be this lol

but somehow I don't want to see this in the manga, because who knows how the hell kishi will write this. i mean, asuma friggin died, leaving kurenai. same thing goes for dan and tsunade. *sigh*

I love Kakashi/Sakura slightly more, but this is totally my second favorite pairing, and I think plays much better in the manga than Kakashi/Sakura ever could.

However, those are all second generation characters - Dan was part of Tsunade's tragic backstory, and Jiraiya and Asuma where both in the 'doomed mentors' role. I think relationships among the younger crowd would play out quite differently (ex: Hinata's still alive.)

I wish they were canon! (Because Kishimoto could never do justice to kakasaku/sasosaku/itasaku/etc. and Sai is so damned adorable.)

They're already together, she just hasn't realized it yet. XD

There would be NO WAY that Kishimoto-written Kakashi/Sakura wouldn't have issues that would make me scream and cry and hate my favorite pairing, but Sai/Sakura is plausible, possible, and would be a delicious way to stick it to Sasuke (and thus, will never happen).

They're already together, she just hasn't realized it yet. XD

I don't think Shinagawa's realized it either.

Heh. And here I thought Adachi/Shinagawa are already dating! They just don't realize it yet! Or... Adachi does, deep down where she's not living in denial land.

...y'know, it just occurred to me how opaque a character Adachi is. You don't really know what's going on with her the only time I could think Adachi was transparent was that arc with her hair down and glasses off.

If they are, they're both in denial - Shinagaway is still convinced that SHE'S the one crushing on HIM.

I actually think the mangaka for Black Lagoon writes Rock x Revy fairly well. It's not my typical preference for shipping, but I like how the writer has handled romance so far.

I actually think the mangaka for Black Lagoon writes Rock x Revy fairly well. It's not my typical preference for shipping, but I like how the writer has handled romance so far.

I've loved their relationship so far, but I have no faith in writer's ability to pulling the trigger on a romantic relationship and not screw it up or even know when it's time to pull the trigger at all.
