Oh, I do like that. My theory has always been that the Earth King, in his dorky excitedness, is a lot like Zuko was before getting all flames-in-the-face'd, and that's what kind of guy Mai is attracted to. (Also, while everyone thinks Mai has EK totally whipped, he whips it right back in the bedroom. WHY NOT.)

Exactly! (Well, as I was telling someone else earlier, a lot of what I love about Jetko is that the fandom surrounding it was mostly about prettyboy porn and ridiculous stalking antics...and sometimes both. It's lighthearted, fun, and not too serious about itself. So yay nifty people!)
