Oh, William Lawrence.
I wouldn't want on for my own but he makes me wibble all the way down to my toes.
(For those of you not reading the Temeraire series, imagine Commodore James Norrington..... only instead of having his character irreparably trashed, Lawrence just gets more honorable as the series goes on. Also, Lawrence flails adorably at the independent ladies around him.)
