There is so much that I love about those pictures and what they say for Ava and Body. Oh his face in that first picture! I love the half smirk and the way it's implied (despite not being able to see) that he's got his arm around her waist. She in return looks so happy and I love the demure turn of her head towards him. Also cleavage yes.
Oh and the second picture! They look so cute and happy. I love the gentle way he's holding her wrist. Also his cuts!

(Uh, I feel like there needs to be an AU story where Ava married Boyd, not Bowman, and then divorced him when they got older and he turned, violent/crazy after coming back from Kuwait. Then the of course he gets shot by Raylan, finds God and goes through that whole thing and then he moves back in because he has nowhere else to go and Ava is so kind and like they're left trying to repair their relationship or something).

Hmmm. That's an interesting idea but to be honest, I love their actual backstory SO DAMN MUCH that it's not super-appealing to me. I really want fic about Boyd hanging out with Raylan and watching Ava notice Raylan and not notice him and them freaking marry his brother. And I was watching the pilot last night in order to get my mom watching this show and I hadn't realized that the reason Bowman hit Ava the last time was because she'd called Boyd creepy. Snerk.
Basically, their canon backstory: I LOVE IT TO PIECES.
Honestly, I'd really like to read some pre-series Crowder fics, because those relationships are fascinating.
