Regarding Fraction's Hawkeye.... fandom seems to assume that Dog Cops is a serious about dogs starring in a classic cop show... I assumed Dog Cops was about people rescuing dogs from abusive homes. Also, someone needs to write the fic where Kate takes Clint tux shopping, because she clearly, clearly did, given that Clint says he doesn't have a tux one issue and then shows up wearing appropriate black-tie in the next.

Also, I've read the first two issues of the new Captain America title and I don't think I'll stick with it.

I'm 95% sure that this arc is all in Cap's head, and I'm not terrible interesting in Steve's relationship with creepy grown-in-a-lab-boy.

I figured that the classic cop show with dogs thing came from Tony's line in the last issue about Sgt. Whiskers rescuing a baby, which to me suggests a classic cop show with dogs kind of show? But idk.

Basically I just want Fraction to do a Dog Cops comic, regardless of whatever he thinks it is, hahaha.

Apparently Fraction has talked about it being a cop shop with dogs on HBO on his twitter.

No I think Fraction actually said on his tumblr that Dog Cops was a cop show. Featuring dogs. Solving crimes.

Unrelatedly, he also said on Twitter that he'd been clean and sober for several years now, and everyone expressed surprise that he ISN'T writing while stoned out of his skull.

Good for him. I had no idea he had a reputation for being a druggy.

Lol, not really a reputation that I'm aware of, he just spouts super random shit all the time and I think that the revelation all that happens while completely sober made people (and Warren Ellis) go "...huh."
