What do you like so much about Russian spies and the men who love them? (Irina, Natasha)

The major traits that Irina and Natasha share are competency and ruthlessness, which are two things that I love my female characters to possess. Additionally, the men who love them know who they are and love who they are. Clint (in my head) is ridiculously in love with every one of Natasha's jagged edges and Jack knows what a liar Irina is, and while he'll kill her to keep Sydney safe, he can't stop caring about Irina.

Does Darcy ever get drunk and how does it affect him around Lizzie?

I don't think Darcy would get drunk around Lizzie until they are actually in a relationship, and I think that he would get very affectionate. I don't think Darcy, in general, is very comfortable with PDA, but I think if he got drunk, he'd get handsy. He woudln't be able to stop touching Lizzie - stroking her hair, tracing the curve of her waist, copping TOTALLY OBVIOUS feels, and he'd whisper into her ear compliments, how pretty she is, how happy she makes him, how much he loves her skin, how much he wants to kiss every, every inch of her.

I had SUCH a hard time with this but then I realized - Ladyhawke! Etienne/Isabeau! Ugh! Fairy tale romance of gorgeousness.

I think those are the traits I love most about Natasha and Irina too. Fierce, competent, ruthless to the core and with ~unexpected loyalties.

I agree with your analysis of drunk!Darcy. It's so hard to picture! But I think he's not into PDA and so if he got drunk enough - possibly by accident, like he didn't gauge his drunkenness level correctly for once - shenanigans would ensue and Fitz would take pictures.
