Anyway, let's start the new year off right. The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away.
Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you!
GO FOR IT. You can pretty much ask anything. I may not answer, but you can certainly ask. ^_^

Ok, what are your thoughts on Scar? And Scar/Lust? :D
Actually, I thought of another question...when did you first become seriously interested in writing, and what finally made you decide to do start? :::hmm, guess that's really 2 questions:::
:::::suddenly remembers that I already posted this meme on my journal somewhere a while back::::
In My Day, TV Was Called Books
Scar: See, it wasn't until I started getting his backstory with lust that I really started to like him. At first, he was just the antagonist, and there were other people I ways paying more attention to. I've liked Lust since I first saw her, all exotic and seductive. Finding out her backstory with Scar.... wow. I love the idea of them - they're such opposites, yet they have this shared history, this shared history when they were very similar. I love the idea of young!Scar falling in love with Lust's original self, and then as a nihilistic vigilante, falling in love with seductive, sensual Lust, who wants to be human more than anything. So, Scar/Lust: made of angsty win.
As for writing... I can't remember when I didn't love stories, and I started writing them just because - it was fun, and in those days, the internet was called books. So I was a rabid reader, started writing, and when I was starting to think about college and what I wanted to do with my life, and I came to the conclusion that if I'm spending the money for college, I should be studying what I loved and English/writing was something I knew I was going to be doing regardless of whether I 'had' to or not.
Then we got a computer with an actual internet connection, and I discovered Buffy, the internet, and fanfic in short order. About a year after that, I started actually writing fanfic for Harry Potter after the 4th book, when there were some things I wanted to fix. (That said, I was writing fanfic in my head and not knowing it had a name for well-nigh forever.)

Secondly, I got really, really lucky with eye color. I have a pair of really, really pretty dark blue eyes. They're my favorite feature. Yours?

My eyes are this rediculously dark chocolate brown. Dark enough that you have to get pretty close to see that they actually are brown and not solid black. It drives me nuts and makes it hard to wear certain colors as eyeshadow. I've settled for purples.

what is your favourite pair of socks?
and what is in your refrigerator?

And my fridge? Too many things to list. Milk, cheese, lunchmeat, ketchup... those are some of the things off the top of my head.
