Regarding The Most Recent Episode Of Elementary....

I wanted to mention how much I adored the detailof Irene having red paint on her foot. For a half of an instant, I thought it might be blood, and even knowing it's paint, it's a wonderful way to reference the violence surrounding Irene's disappearance.

I loved that detail too. For a second I thought Irene was going to be dead and I freaked out. I can't wait for the next episode. I'm pretty sure Irene was kidnapped or coerced into faking her own death, but part of me is hoping for a twist where she's Moriarty.

I liked that detail too.

I do wish, though, that this had been like that episode of Angel with Juliet Landau where, since she didn't say anything and they didn't have to credit her, her appearance was a surprise.

That whole sequence of Joan meeting him there and then them entering the house and slowly searching but so obviously in tune with each others movements... And then the "oh shit she's dead" fake out and then Joan propping him up while he wibbles. Soooooo good. I watched it twice.
