It's Saturday night, I'm folding laundry, trying to convince myself to write my batfam fic, and basically just in general killing time until it's late enough that I can go to bed without waking up at 3 a.m. tomorrow morning.

I know the feeling. It's crazy difficult for me to sleep lately - I wind up waking at 4am and exercising or vacuuming or doing dishes, etc. And then I get bored and go to work at 6:30am because my life is just that tragic.

That actually seems like a very productive thing to do with insomnia.

but I just came across this Diner!AU featuring Carol/Jess that made me think of you (I don't know anything about the pairing, but I seem to recall you talking about them in various meme posts, so).

I DO ship Jess/Carol and that fic was delightful! Thanks so much for the rec!
