Okay, Time To Tumblr Savior Guardians Of The Galaxy

Seriously, if that movie wasn't being made by marvel, there would be no fucking way I'd want to see it.

The trailer did nothing for me, I think Zoe Saladana looks fugly in half the scenes I've seen her in so far, as does Nebula, if I never saw Chris Pratt's face again, that would be amazing.

And this has nothing to do with the fact that this movie is getting made before Black Widow, or Captain Marvel and Agent Jessica Drew, or a hundred other things I'd rather seen.

It's that there is no fucking way I'm going to get pumped about wacky space-hijinks of a fucking white dude with a doofus face in space.

Yep, I realize I'm the ONLY PERSON ON MY FLIST AND DASHBOARD WHO ISN'T CREAMING HER PANTIES OVER THIS MOVIE.

*waves* Hi, me too. I was totally cold by the trailer (and I don't even know who Chris Pratt is, but as soon as I saw him, I didn't like him), and even the part where Marvel is basically using this movie as a giant "up yours" to Fox isn't enough to stir my interest.

Eh, I'm excited for Zoe Saldana as Gamora, and this is the most diverse cast of any Marvel movie (not that that's saying much), and I thought the trailer looked fun, if not groundbreaking. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm not super pumped.

People keep posting gifs of him half naked and I, no. He just reminds me waaay too much of entitled douchnozzles I've unfortunately have met.

I cannot get over the cognitive dissonance of Chris Pratt's six-pack abs. Also, that one of the main characters is a racoon.

Also, that the nostalgia bandwagon keeps reviving cheesy 50s comics that should have stayed in the 50s because they just don't translate well to modern settings.
